10 Things You May Not Know About Suspenders

I am still around. And so, on this episode, I will let you know things you probably did not know about suspenders. Come along!


Here are probably the things you did not about suspenders:

1. They are powerful: powerful in the sense that they are attention seeking in nature! I remember the resumption of my second module at college, when I met a woman. This woman got me attracted to her by the way she dressed. And those cool-coloured suspenders gave me no two thought of detail and flawlessness ! Yeah yeah!

2. They are colourful: yes, Lord! LOL! Who is not obsessed with colours?! So, thus, there are several shades of each colour! You choose what colour fits better!

3. They are elegant: unarguably, you can admit that! Suspenders have this simplicity, but yet, damn elegant.

4. They offer assistance when belts are absent: I love suspenders for this. I think I should just toss my belts, and bargain for a good collections of suspenders. LOL. Bad?

5. They are mobile: you can just wrap them up, and clasp in your hand while you walk in the streets.

6. They are classy: no class, no suspenders! They are not just for anybody. They have exceptions.

7. They are reusable: suspenders are durable goods. They are not tissue rolls, nor disposables. You can always reserve for future purposes.

8. They are old-fashioned: they are not new. Suspenders are older than some of our ancestors. So interesting!

9. It is two sides of a coin and versatile: it serves formally and informally. You could pick a set of suspenders for a dinner party, a date, a wedding, whatever even have you! 

10. They are not technical: they are so easy to fix!! You don't need to be logical to fix suspenders!

AUDACIOUS MEN: Jaden one!

Hey, guys! So, I decided not to make an article a week from when I published the last one (that should be four days ago, if I guessed right). The truth is I can't just hold back to do this, as it is fiery.
 I also wanted you to know that I will be writing three different, individual articles in a row, tonight!

Today's first article!

      You guys should have guessed  what I wanted to talk about. Of course, that picture tells it all!
      To cut stories, today's topic is AUDACIOUS MEN. And I am super thrilled as I am featuring one of my inspirational men on earth! Jaden Smith, the first child of Jada Pankett Smith and Will Smith; also a brother to Willow Smith (Whip My Hair Slayer), just recently broke the Internet! He's all out of the "real man" traditional kinda of thing, into his own definition of gender! He's currently signed on to model LOUIS VUITTON women's wear.  
   However, here's a special dedication to everyone, whom in their right senses believe in gender neutrality.
 Men of courage dare to step out wearing what people don't like to see.
 Men of audacity are less concerned about your validation.
 Men of courage are emancipated.
 Men of audacity dare.
 Men of audacity are non conformist, non conventional, and care free! Yes, they are!

STRAIGHT TIE TECHNIQUE

Hello, Hostglowers!  This is another, and the second episode of my weekly journal. And I am so excited because I have got an amazing topic to talk about! This is the tutorial segment of Hostglows, which I hope you enjoy.


How to's:
Today, I decided to educate you on how to knot your straight tie simply. It shouldn't take you a minute to dress it properly. So here are the steps with a diagram and captions, which explain it better.

You should get your long tie-strap. I am sure no one is a novice to this.
Step 1: straighten the collar of your  shirt having been buttoned up.
Step 2: place your tie-strap on your neck. Just like you were going tie up.
Step 3: adjust the tie-strap by allowing the small part, which is supposed to be beneath, shorter than the big, flat part (possibly two/three inches from the big part.) don't clasp it to the neck. Give a good breathing space.
Step 4: get the long, wide part over the reduced side, like cross, using your left thumb to hold from behind, and the index from the front, like you were pinching.
Step 5: take the top part round small part just once, allowing it come out by the next side.
Step 6: take that part into the space between your neck and tie, as illustrated at point 3 of the diagram. Take to the left side and pull down slightly.
Step 7: take it round, but letting the strap come from behind,so it makes a hole for a perfect completion.
Step 8: take the remainder of the strap into the hole, pull the knotty part up, and pull the small part down for a better fit.
Step 9: adjust well, and press to body for smooth finishing.

CROP TOPS FOR MEN: YAY OR NAY?!

Howdy, everyone. Here's the first ever published article on Hostglows.blogspot.com. But before I continue with this article, I'd like to make efficient use of this opportunity by informing you about what I am here to offer you as the sole operator of this site.

I had done some articles concerning my perspective and irritation of some certain trends in my former sites. But I feel more attracted and excited to begin a new blog that would talk more about classical fashion. To cut a long story short, this site is to serve all fashion-enthusiasts of all form. I am dedicated to bringing you news from all fashion reliable sources;from the lowest class in hierarchy to the highest. I will bring in recent news. I will give the liberty of 'readers' impression' So that I could learn from whatever mistakes noticed. That is that.

However, today, our subject matter is the trend of crop tops for men! Is that not exciting? I mean, that's damp creative. Although, it is not common in this part of the world. You can't see 'real men',as they usually call themselves, drape in things like these. And of course, no one here would try to dare take that step, because it is perceived homosexuality in Nigeria, and it could lead up to 14years imprisonment. LOL. Just kidding.
 Well, it is so vibrant, phenomenal, and moving to see men go beyond limits. I enjoy the fact that fashion is a 'gender-neutral kinda thing. Technology is so swift. Oh my! LOL.
