Fear Overcoming

Fear has never been helpful, and it would never be. The beginning of fear is the sharp edge of procrastination. Fear is a thing that causes one pain for hundred years, but put the person at rest just for a day, after overcoming it.

 I remember my modelling career. I remember how I almost detached modelling from one of my 'calling'. That time when procrastination took over me. The time when my body mattered to me. I was fearful to go for what belonged to me because, I was fearful-- I had fright.

I don't know what it is, really, about fear. But, honestly, it is quite mysterious and fantastic. The best ways to always overcome your fears are:

1. Do what your mind tells you to do.
2. Be free with yourself.
3. Do things by your will.
4. Do not take 'no' as something that exists.
5. Challenge yourself-- your mind.
6. Be real and fair.
7. Try to be carefree.
8. Do not give in to threats. Try not to let anybody dominate you; you are a dominant.
9. Feel comfortable and relaxed.
10. Be a fantastic extrovert.

Those are basically my tips of overcoming fear. Also have it in mind that FEAR is as constant as CHANGE. Fear is bound to spring up. We are humans, and it adds to our quality as such.
